Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Handmade items such as candles and soaps may require extra preparation time. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard Delivery (Malaysia): RM8 – RM12, depending on location.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery for orders RM100 and above (West Malaysia).
East Malaysia & International Shipping: Rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on courier and destination (usually 7–21 business days).

Packaging
Each order is carefully wrapped in our eco-friendly, gift-ready packaging. If you’re sending it directly as a gift, let us know—we’ll include a handwritten note card at no extra cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
